NO25.31 Tønsberg – Quick Stop, Moving On

Tønsberg was a stop on the way further south. Nothing more, nothing less. The city is considered one of the oldest in Norway and certainly has its appeal, but at this point in the journey we were firmly in drive-on mode.

Sometimes the journey is the destination, and the journey led through Tønsberg. We stopped briefly, stretched our legs, had a coffee and moved on. There are places that deserve a longer visit – perhaps next time. For today, Tønsberg was the place where we filled the tank and checked the route. That too is part of travelling.
