NO25.16 Kristiansund – Honestly? Not Our Thing

Not every stop on a journey is a winner, and we’ll be honest about Kristiansund: it didn’t really grab us. The city sits picturesquely across several islands, and the bridges connecting them are perfectly pleasant, but somehow the spark just wasn’t there.

Maybe it was the weather, maybe our expectations were off, maybe it simply wasn’t our kind of place. And that’s completely fine. Travelling also means accepting that not every stop is going to be a highlight. Sometimes you pass through a place and think: “yeah, okay, nice,” and then you drive on. Kristiansund was one of those moments. Not bad, not great – just there. Moved on, ticked off, no drama.
